Terrible system for micro managing every hour you spend a day doing anything. Recruitment is at the whim of the CTO - made up processes and down to his own discretion most of the time. A level of bullying that any business with a strong HR would hurl in front of a works tribuneral. Highly questionable topics of discussion and wildly inappropriate jokes at peoples personal expense. Stupid expenses policy and nit picking over small sums of money - tens of pounds, not hundreds or thousands. Doesn't look after staff - sends them away at before work hours and returns into the early hours of the morning (night time). Collaborating on VOIP in office... lol Uses his authority to cancel holiday even if you are on it and right before it, also calls you into office minutes from the end of the day to do tickets. Which require no need to upend everyones expected plans.

The leadership of this company is horrible. The CTO who is a c-level executive, constantly throws tantrums, behaves unprofessionally in front of client such as clipping nails in meetings, and insulting staff in client meetings. - requires everyone to come in and then proceeds to get everyone sick due to contagious coughing. - absolutely no company benefits - refuses to give contracts when offering a role - says that training is mandatory but then does not provide necessary certification courses. Some employees have been waiting for more than 6 months. - constantly projects onto his employees as he cannot regulate his own emotions. - everyone in the office is miserable due to the leadership of the company being hostile. - makes very inappropriate jokes and does not listen when the HR manager tells him to stop. - makes everyone wear a company uniform for no reason at all.
