Flexible hours - working in 24/7 shifts is very suitable for students. Higher salary & better benefits than all the other service providers in Israel.
Minpunten
The Senior Managers (Directors, VPs, etc.) don't care about the employees @ the call centers. They expect them to leave the company after 12-18 months, so they treat them in this manner - no professional horizon/career development options. They intentionally keep the salary very low, so high quality employees won't stay there for a long time, just until they graduate from college.
