Minpunten

Hard, soul consuming grinding work of telephony support with customers, SLA bezeq-consumers conflicts resolutions. Little possibilities of advancement and strong concurrence among many workers. Non flexible organization policies, cutting edges at software level of and removing helping tools from technical support staff. For example removing programs that help you manage customer routers and putting instead of software that is not versatile as it predecessor.
