Minpunten
- Poor salary and no great benefits. This is outrageous because they are high priced, but the workers don't receive the market equivalent. - They have grown more in numbers of collaborators than they can manage. - High staff turnover as they don't value them fairly based on what the market is offering. - Weak selling business. They should invest in getting more international clients - Lately, collaborators have been feeling more discarded and with a sense that they are just cogs in a big machine. It wasn't like this when the company started. - Communication is not transparent as before
