Pluspunten
Very friendly atmosphere. Family owned, and does not have that corporate atmosphere you get at some places. Also owners will let you borrow used RV's to take on trips. Very laid back. Probably my favorite job so far.
Minpunten
Most of the customers that come here are not qualified to buy. A lot of them just come here to kick tires and look at stuff they will never be able to afford. As a result, your time gets wasted and you become a tour guide. Also the way they split deals here isn't very fair. Another thing is - you probably wont move up here. Since this is a family owned place, the people that are in higher positions have been here for years and are not planning on leaving any time soon. And even if they do, other people that have been here for years will fill those positions. So effectively this is a dead end.
