      Throughout my tenure, I have found the management and each and every individual member of Binary Stream available to help and to boost you on both personal and professional levels. The management allows you to exercise your experience in the projects and do not micromanage at all. They are always available to help and guide but never push anything on you. Very few companies follow this level of independency and trust on employees. Binary Stream also looks after the wellbeing and work life balance. Throughout my professional life, I have only witnessed handful of companies who practices this and Binary Stream definitely takes the lead. Management is constantly watching market trends on salaries as well and they keep themselves true to what the market outlook is portraying. Hence, you can expect true market compatibility in salary as well.

      Not a con but there is always room for improvement. Maybe look into further enhancing the product range.

In general, our process includes an annual review of market salary data in order to ensure our people are being paid fairly and we are in line with the market for tech companies in our region and of similar size.       No one is perfect but from my place I am not seeing any cons. Very happy at my job.
