BioVid is growing rapidly, which gives a ton of opportunity while still being nimble.

-I honestly can’t think of any. It’s difficult work, but you wouldn’t be in this industry if you weren’t smart. The workload ebbs and flows, which is typical for market research. I usually have slow periods in the summer and get busy in the winter (or whenever the client’s fiscal year is ending). BioVid does a really good job of balancing the workload though, no one is ever stuck working a 70 hour week while others clock 40. -Diversity needs more work, but the company is making active efforts here. It’s an industry-wide issue.

They do smart work and the people are mostly great
