      The team hear at BioWorks is a GREAT group of people to work with and for. Most people enjoy their colleagues and you'll often hear someone laughing throughout the building. For the most part everyone gets along with and works well together. Those that have struggled have moved on. Lots of opportunities to be involved in numerous projects. Everyone is encouraged to work on their own personal & professional development and opportunities are shared weekly. Management shares EVERYTHING with the employees good and the bad. This is important because there are no surprises.

      Many salaries are below the median for the industry. Multiple diverse projects - difficult at times to know what to focus on. Somewhat dusty environment

      The company strongly emphasizes culture and values, but in practice, the culture and values don’t always hold up. There’s a noticeable disconnect between the values promoted and the behavior of upper management. Leadership tends to prioritize self-interest, and transparency is often lacking. It’s a small company with limited opportunities for advancement, so growth can be difficult if you’re looking to build a long-term career path.
