Pluspunten
Very friendly atmosphere of internal employees. A lot less snarky, and talking behind each other's back than I've experienced at other similar sized companies. There is a wide range of experience & education among my Durham colleagues in the same position.
Minpunten
No real structured training for almost any position. Also, if you start out in a lower position it's very hard to develop objectives/strategies for moving up. There's no real mentor system, abs even though there's often internal postings before they're released public, it's often been my experience that they already have their selected candidate for the next level above customer service rep. Love the company, but it's given me little hope that I can grow within.
