- If you are not greek, forget about high promotions, people get positions for their nationality over their competence. - Is not longer independent company, now belongs to a big company which is a overlord in every movement. - A lot of micromanagement, extremely. - Terrible scrum, management handle scrum as a overhead, we have scrum but because the management dont believe in that, the implementation is terrible. - No clear direction during the development... Priorities change in daily basis and affect the scrum. - No real intenton to improve. - In average developers stay here for no more than a year.
