Minpunten

Leadership team who tolerates bad behaviors based on who is liked or if you are friends with c-level or ceo. Wants to be like netflix so bad but doesnt have the right foundations to have the trendy culture others are trying to replicate fron netflx (like coinbase). A dead end place for most people, working on a product that is already behind. Has first mover advantage in mx but thats about it. As soon as the other companies catch up, there wont be much left.

Leadership seems to have no idea what they're doing, constantly changing direction without addressing the root cause. Roles are being eliminated, and those who stay absorb the extra workload, so burnout is a constant theme. Many ex-employees take a sabbatical after leaving Bitso just to recover.
