Minpunten
Not meritocratic, people are more busy giving the impression of doing work than actually working. Strong incentives to please and buddy up with more seniors colleagues to get promoted and zero consideration given to those who produce quality work. So much internal distractions preventing you from performing at your best (so many meetings and useless fireside chats, communications e-mails, newsletters for nothing and everything). Pay is bad compared to competitors. No one seems to be able to make a decision leading to insane bureaucracy. So many meetings need to be had with so many teams involved to make the most simple decision -> there is no incentive to make decisions and doing the right thing hence people are always trying to dissolved the responsibility by having as many people as possible looped in in everything.
