Most colleagues are nice, with the exception of the attorneys who think they are better than people who do all the behind the scenes work.

Minpunten

Very poor management. No one really has the full information of what they need to know in regards to their positions which results in questions being circled around to many different people/departments before a resolution is found.

The company feels like home, family-like, they say they respect home-life and has a lot of attorneys with real family and adult lives. Most ppl are friendly.

Minpunten

Ofc, that does not apply to junior associates. Partners hog work away from junior associates, partners are not interested in training juniors. no middle associates to train due to burnt out / low pay life. The firm has a reputation of churning out young female attorneys and lays them off once they feel burnt out.
