Horrible HR. Disorganized patient assignment system. Expect unreasonable amount of driving in a day. Too widely geographically dispersed patient set.

Pluspunten

Management is responsive and supportive, especially when it comes to patient care coordination. The interdisciplinary team communicates well, and I felt respected in my role. The flexibility in scheduling helped with work-life balance, and patient assignments were generally appropriate for my scope of practice.

Documentation can be time-consuming, especially but this is common in healthcare.
