      Bait and switch offers. They give a 12 month contract with an hourly rate then as soon as busy season ends it's "we always pay minimum wage in the summer." Commission model means used car salesmen games. Other tax pros are allowed to take appointments (and pay) off of your schedule without consequence. Managers schedule outside of availability and without notice then threaten write ups.
