Minpunten
The work environment here is extremely toxic. Our manager constantly micromanages, assigns tasks at the end of the day as we're leaving, and unfairly targets anyone who talks to colleagues, often giving them additional tasks to complete by the next day. We're expected to work on weekends without any consideration for personal time. The constant pressure makes it feel like staying in this company will lead to burnout, much like the tragic case of the EY employee who passed away from work stress.
The company frequently switches technologies without proper planning, and any attempt to question these decisions is met with verbal abuse, especially from the technical officer. The working hours are also unreasonable, starting from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and if you're late by even five minutes, HR deducts half a day's salary. Employees are treated like machines—expected to sit in their cubicles all day without moving, and even during bathroom breaks, we're often asked for work updates.
There's no freedom during breaks, and promotions or salary hikes are based on favoritism rather than performance. Despite all this, the company doesn’t seem to have any meaningful projects. This workplace is clearly unhealthy, and it feels like the best option is to leave before it negatively impacts both mental and physical health.
