CEO does not respect this department and although this is known throughout the company the attitude goes unchanged. 2. CEO throws tantrums and makes decisions based on fear and anger. VPs and department heads don't have the energy to confront him. 3. Massive period of internal growth in the last 6 months has lead nowhere. Lack of forward momentum largely due to incapable (weary?) managers. This is more evident in some departments than others.
