Amazing free lunches Great non-managerial colleagues Great user operations management team, in fact, that is the only department nice to work in. I wasn't so lucky. You will be inspired to start your own business - see cons for why
Minpunten
Work here long enough and you will soon start your own business, as you will never want to work for anyone else for the rest of your life. The worst employee turnover I have ever seen for such a small business. They employ around 150 people and lose an average of 2 a month, with some months going as high as 5 people exiting. There have been recent cases of employees leaving after 4 days of work and another left after 3 hours when they realised the toxicity of the place. Leave your autonomy at the door, you are just an employee and here to do as told. One of their mottos is "Be honest, humble, human". BUT executives ensure to keep you out of the business loop, and out of their way. You aren't really supposed to chat with any of them, they don't have time for you and honestly, who do you think you are trying to talk with them at all? Mind you they have the obligatory chat when you start and all is a bed of roses for the first few weeks. Once the honeymoon is over you are a noisy cog. A 50s style of management - they sell you a work-life balance when hiring you, and offer unlimited holidays, but really it is seldom anything like that. The most disorganised business management I have ever seen. It is not only the CEO who is terrible. This runs all around the top executive team, with maybe the exception of Nic Cary and the CFO. HR is always asking current employees to leave positive reviews to push down the honest ones :-(
