Recognition is given to team members and the leadership is one of a kind. Sales team is giving commission off the residuals from the accounts they sign up. Requires a significant amount of time and effort as with any sales job. You get what you put in. Quota needs to be met as expected. Commission based so must be driven and 150% dedicated to the role to get the outcome you want.
