10yNRI regularly hires people from our competition, and we know for a fact that our pay scale, and raises, is in line with other firms. Senior management does not receive bonuses if the rest of the company does not, and that’s a fact. If you look at the longevity of so many NRI Associates, it’s hard to believe that ‘back-stabbing’ and ‘blaming’ is prevalent; why would people stay at the firm so many years? NRI does not encourage, ‘Yes Men’. We want independent, creative thinkers. NRI has been in business for over 100 years and I don’t think going out of business is ever an option. It should be noted that our Vice President of Operations, as well as all Production Management, attend regularly scheduled seminars provided by our manufacturers.
