Pluspunten

Several good, long-term customers, that don't mind overpaying for simple CAD services. Hard working production staffs willing to put in long hours when needed. Generally nice, helpful working people in the trenches.

Minpunten

Poor pay rates, no promotions, rasies or even recognition of individual success. Only senior management staff get bonus's - for poor performance, especailly in Sales & Finance. Always looking to find fault and access blame for even the smallest error. Back stabbing and finger pointing is a way of life. The Production Director and VP - level managers are clueless about manufacting, technology, real customer service and production effeciency. No experience in anything except 25 year old CAD business! All advancement based on the "Good 'ole Boy" and "yes man" way of doing business of the 1950'-'60's. There's no way they can stay in business 3 more years with the continuing poor sales results and deep lack of good business skills they currently have in place. Stay Away.

NRI regularly hires people from our competition, and we know for a fact that our pay scale, and raises, is in line with other firms. Senior management does not receive bonuses if the rest of the company does not, and that’s a fact. If you look at the longevity of so many NRI Associates, it’s hard to believe that ‘back-stabbing’ and ‘blaming’ is prevalent; why would people stay at the firm so many years? NRI does not encourage, ‘Yes Men’. We want independent, creative thinkers. NRI has been in business for over 100 years and I don’t think going out of business is ever an option. It should be noted that our Vice President of Operations, as well as all Production Management, attend regularly scheduled seminars provided by our manufacturers.
