Pluspunten
Everyone in the office is really friendly and supportive; there's a real sense of togetherness. It's a very difficult job but you're eased into the responsibility gradually and given extensive training at the Head Office, before being given the chance to build your own desk. There's plenty of support and advice offered by Line Managers and constructive feedback is given to help you reach your targets. It's a big company but the CEO's do listen and respond to any employee feedback or concerns about the business.
Minpunten
It is a very difficult job that can be very demanding at times, but that's more of a reflection of the industry rather than Blue Arrow itself. Also, in spite of the good office environment it's very rare that there are any social occasions outside of work. There can be multiple priorities to keep on top of at times and high activity levels are demanded.
