Nice small call center. Staff is pretty good group to work with.

Management is only interested in build the company up to sell it. There is no future there for anybody but the guys at the top.

Work Flexibility Ability to work from home and connect to work Some great managers but most of them are incompetent Fun place to work at Respect for the founders

The people who are making a difference and are doing their best to move the company forward are sadly not the ones being promoted. People accountability is low IT is really weak and the company does not invest as much as it should No career plan Mostly unskilled managers but lots of talented employees
