      Absolutely nothing positive about working for Blue Compass.

      Minpunten

      Implemented changes to warranty to take each locations position and combine them into regions, so each person is now doing 9 - 15 stores. 'Restructured' wages to include bonus if (unreasonable) goals met, was only a ploy to cut wages drastically. Management is a joke, has no idea how to work with others, much less lead a team. They all lie and shift blame so any real issues never get resolved. CEO has no knowledge of RV industry and undermines agreements with manufacturers causing a lot of issues and money lost. A lot of stores are going to fail with his business plan. But he'll be paid regardless, that is a part of the plan. Just like Auto Nation.

      You have the opportunity to make really good money

      Manager will definitely screw you out of potential earnings. Talks down to his employee's. Thinks he's better than his employee's. The shop foreman will give all the easy money jobs to her chosen few techs. Service advisors will screw you out of hours on jobs then get made at you because you won't fix it for free. But yet they still charge full amount of hours that only they get paid for
