Weekends can get annoying, late finishes

You get to work in a fun atmosphere and meet a lot of cool bands. You have the opportunity to schedule your own hours and come in and out as you please, as well as always have access to free tickets for shows--definitely the best perk!

For an unpaid intern position, they really expect you to do a lot of their dirty work (like getting coffee for them or going grocery shopping for band members). This is all stuff that you can't put on a resume and doesn't get you very far in a future job interview, so I thought it was kind of a waste of my time. The senior management can also be pretty vulgar and inappropriate at times, so you kind of feel like you're walking on eggshells.
