They have good benefits for employees They are a very friendly company A lot of learning and growing room for inexperienced employees.

Minpunten

We need more engagement and social activities in the office/with one another as employees. Since we are in Discovery, we can do marathons, hikes, social lunches once a month or every 2 months at least. Social engagements are necessary.

We don't qualify for all of the Discovery add ons due to our size but we are regularly reviewing this as we grow.
