PTO is only used for vacation time, if you are sick or have an emergency you do not use your PTO. All of our basic health coverage is paid for and we started to have an option for 401K. Working remotely here and there is supported. You will learn a lot at a quick pace and everyone here is mostly a team player. It is a great environment.

The only time the environment seems hostile is when one does not do their job properly - this is a heavily team based job, so if you fail we all fail. We currently do not have a matching 401K. The company tends to hire the wrong type of people to lead the team. They have a boss mentality instead of a leader mentality and so all the work gets pushed on the team and the bosses take all the credit and chat all day.

I got to learn a lot about the inner workings of an agency and front-end development.

I worked for BlueView for a few months and did a lot of scut work. The full-time employees seemed stretched really thin and stressed. The owners weren't around a lot.
