I had high hopes when joining this company, but unfortunately, the experience did not align with what was presented during the interview process.
From the beginning, there were ambitious promises around growth, leadership support, and strategic direction. However, once inside, it became clear that there was little alignment between what was said and what was actually happening. Goals frequently shifted, priorities changed without explanation, and commitments made to employees were not honored.
One of the biggest challenges was the organization’s inability to make timely decisions. Projects would stall for weeks (sometimes months) waiting for leadership to align. Even routine operational matters required excessive discussion but rarely resulted in clear direction. This created frustration, inefficiency, and a lack of accountability across teams.
There also appeared to be internal power struggles at the leadership level, which made it difficult to execute on initiatives or implement meaningful change. Employees were often caught in the middle of conflicting directives.
The company has potential, but without decisive leadership, transparent communication, and follow-through on commitments, it will struggle to retain strong talent.
