      There is a very specific mission at Blytheco to help transform companies by helping them select, implement, enhance, and integrate software. Most clients we work with stay with us for years because of the dedication we bring. The culture at Blytheco is one of honesty, transparency and a desire to be better each day.

      If you don’t want to improve or have others give you feedback about how you are performing- this isn’t the place for you. Additionally, they aren’t the highest paying company out there.

      Pluspunten

      Strong team atmosphere - Very easy to work with sales team. Never experienced anyone fighting over leads or territory. Everyone is very collaborative and goes out of their way to help. Purpose Driven - You get to work with a lot of great family-owned businesses and help provide consultative coaching to help modernize their business management systems. It was very rewarding to be on projects that had a direct and positive impact on those businesses. High Integrity - Blytheco does a good job of taking ownership of any mistakes. They have a 100/0 philosophy which means that they take 100% responsibility and make zero excuses. They make a habit of doing the right thing even when it isn't convenient.

      Minpunten

      There aren't a lot of cons. I'd say if you are a hard worker, you enjoy problem solving and you are a person of good character this is a great organization to work for.
