Minpunten
No opportunities to progress. You will have to pay for parking. The whole team is predominantly female lead, other than the delivery team... of course. Management are bullies, You will be psycologically analysised in every conversation with a manger, with coments being made on your stature or how you "look uncomfortable" or "projecting because your not that confident" . You will be on minimum wage with only 2% commision if you reach the impossible targets set. No regard for worklife balance or health and wellbeing of staff, You will be contacted on your days off. Unpaid lunches, which will mainly be spent at your desk or in a tiny clinical kitchen/staff room.
