HR is bias, Supervisors do not care about their employees, over work you for barely any pay but then get mad and will write you up if you work overtime. Higher Ups do not take the time to get to know their employees all they care about is money and the work getting done that half of them probably don't even know how to do. Very shady place. If you can avoid and go to any other lab job, I would highly recommend. Job descriptions need to be updated because they make you do way more than listed. Very high school with the cliques going on including cliques among the supervisors talking about their employees then denying it to HR, which again is why I say HR is VERY bias. HR should be a team not one individual. HR should also be more open to ideas to help better the company vs. shutting them out and talking bad to analysts in front of employees. Professional? I THINK NOT. Lab is crowded, not much space to get work done.
