Pluspunten
A decent starting point for newcomers - the company hires a lot of juniors, so it’s a good first step in the industry (but don’t assume all companies work this way - there are much better ones). Colleagues on the production and engineering side are generally good, kind, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for stability and don’t want to challenge yourself, you can stay there for years. The benefit package is quite okay-ish.
Minpunten
Absolutely zero flexibility — which is absurd in 2025. The company runs on outdated structures and gives almost no autonomy to employees. Heavy bureaucracy in every process: even simple requests require multiple layers of approval. Policies are vague or inconsistently applied, which leads to confusion and frustration. Management prioritizes quantity over quality - relying heavily on junior hires because they know the market is oversaturated and people will still come. The main Prague office is outdated, surrounded by construction, and sometimes even has water outages. Equipment is poor, chairs are uncomfortable, and getting necessary software is a painful process if the company hasn’t dealt with it before. If you want to grow or innovate, this isn’t the place - Bohemia rewards quiet compliance, not initiative.
