Minpunten
Management simply doesn't care about people. Sexism, racism and homopobia are present, some of it coming from Higer Management directly. Huge pay gaps. But even most of the male employee salaries are below the market. Most of a senior and well qualified people don't stay long in the company. However there are some gems still seft. If you don't work in Prague office - get ready to the higher level of management mistreatment and prepare for the "office wars" between the brunches, even when working on the same project. Bratislava office closed becouse of absolute insanity of the C-level, firing key people from the team out of personal spite. Result? The rest of the Bratislava employees decided to follow. Similar situation happened with Brno office- after mistreatment of the entire huge project and ignoring all of the communicated issues, management first froze the salariy raises for the ~80 people team. Then other internal project started to "steal" people just becouse they could give a 2k higher salary for the same job. And after all of it - C-level fired another key team member out of personal spite. What happened after? 1/4 of the team gave a leave notice in the same day. That's not enough of drama for you? Around the same time bunch of senior marketing people in Prague office left. And it's after showing great increase in sales (see company year reports year over year, if you doubt). So yeah, top management does not care for people.
