      Pluspunten

      - Very friendly environment opened for new ideas and suggestions. Colleagues are very passionate and friendly. - Good work conditions. Brno office is almost in the city center. There are a lot of refreshments available for employees. Building has air conditioning, relax rooms and relax room available for everybody - Leadership listens to suggestions and most important, often translates them to action - Team / Company events are utterly unique and great

      Pluspunten

      Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

      Minpunten

      Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above. CEO / Finance seems out of touch with issues in the development process. High turn over rate. Pay for most roles isn't competitive for the industry. Not many office perks beyond a few fridges and a microwave.
