- If you’re desperate for a job or want a crash course in what not to do at a company, this is the place. - Small team, so you’ll get exposed to everything (but not in a good way).

- No work-life balance: Be prepared to work long hours, weekends, and answer emails after hours — all without appreciation. - High turnover rate: Mass resignations within short periods — most staff burn out quickly and leave. - Poor management: Upper management is completely disconnected from day-to-day operations. They have no idea how things really work on the ground. - Company lacks structure: No SOPs, no onboarding, no training.
