Onboarding is suffocating, management is controlling and perfectionist, and responsibilities pile on daily with new logins, calls, and emails while every small detail is nitpicked. Endless follow-up messages, and a colleague yelled and cursed at me over something minor in week two. Strong performers will struggle here — candidates beware.
