Almost no pay raise Low salaries No transparency between HQ and floor workers Keep Asking for more without any compensation whatsoever Marketing team is really incompetent to the point where it's embarrassing You have a strict dress code You have to do the work of people that are paid more than you Only good salaries for the optometrists and opticians The less this company do to insure success of their team the better for them it seems Basically a bad place to work since the acquisition by FYI Wouldn't recommend at all unless you're a student or if it's your first job
