Inexperienced senior “Managers”, constant layoffs, hiring of more and more and more C suite execs with no support for the people doing the actual work, over riding culture of FEAR and everyone is completely miserable in the lower ranks. While the undeserving get promoted because they are taking credit for everyone else’s work and just looking out for themselves. Any true leaders or proper Managers within the business who the teams respected, have now left. Sad times.
