The people on your team will be great. The work is better than retail. Also the company does do a very good job of being inclusive to the LGBTQ+ community

Minpunten

Employees tell management exactly what’s wrong and how they can fix the problems (for example, pay equitably for the value employees are providing in the location Boostability is requiring and according to inflation). Management prefers to focus on “helping the culture” instead. Very much a pizza party problem-solving approach, but people like employer-provided food when they don’t have the money to buy the food themselves, so if that’s fixing morale for a day, the company has a larger problem on its hands…

Direct management was incredible. Some fun activities and team bonding

Minpunten

Upper management went south really fast, blame it on the industry but when multiple rounds of layoffs hit it felt more about profit margin then the people.
