Today, the company feels like a typical call center , rigid, metrics-obsessed, and transactional. The heart and soul that made it different are gone. What’s most disheartening is the disconnect between reality and what leadership continues to present online. They speak of listening, culture, and values on platforms like LinkedIn, but those are just buzzwords now, a curated image that doesn’t reflect the real internal experience. It’s no longer a company I can recommend. The values it once lived by have been replaced by politics, fear, and control. It has become unrecognizable, and that’s the saddest part.
