This is a company of leaders. Wonderful culture. Employees work hard and drive the business because they are passionate about what they do. Work/life balance is phenomenal and encouraged. This company moves fast and expects their employees to set the pace; no two days are the same. Growth is available and compensation is fair. The senior leadership team is balanced, and see their employees as real people. They are also open, transparent, and always willing to improve. As a retailer of women's apparel, employees are mostly female, which is very empowering. I also love their dedication to philanthropy. Best company I have ever worked for.

Minpunten

Expectations are high and there is no coasting at this company. BP moves at the speed of light, so priorities and goals change frequently. Both of these things aren't necessarily bad if they fit your work style, but it can lead employees to feel they are never truly "safe" in their roles.
