Overtime even if you don't want it. Inconsistent expectations. Horrible gas lighting and backstabbing between all employees. Low morale.

The "boots on the ground" team is great. I love working with some amazing technicans.

Literally everything else here sucks. Low wages, poor benefits, terrible managmnet and communication, dictatorship like leadership. You never know when you'll get fired. We are hemorrhaging good people and accounts because of the horrible managment. The real workers are taking the fall for waterver this 'leadership' is. This company deserves to crumble and I can't wait to see it happen.
