Managers forge documents to fire people, making up facts that never really happened. On the surface, the culture looks very positive. In practice, it is quite toxic, with lots of politics. You can’t express your opinion - disagreeing/debating goes against their culture, and you simply have to accept views of more senior people. Otherwise they’ll set you up to get you fired. Codebase is in a pretty bad shape, and one has to go through an “architecture review process”, even for minor changes. HR serves no real purpose - they don’t look at facts, and likely do as they’re told from above.
