The install partner Freedom Forever he’s the most dishonest and unprofessional way to conduct a business I have ever seen in my life. They are extremely incompetent they change their minds on a regular basis they can’t even keep the panels that the homeowners signed a contract for. I have had people pay extra for black on black panels and after install they got black on white backsheet installed and Freedom did nothing about it. Freedom also screws us over with our money they constantly make up additional costs that they are not even doing on the projects you have to watch them like a hawk I would not work for this company, or recommend anyone to do so it’s a waste of time. There are no benefits and it’s strictly a 1099 position and they treat us like they pay us for PTO and everything else with all the demands I thought 1099 was supposed to give you freedom and choice.
