Nothing as such for MBAs. For tier 3 bschool grads, get to work for start up so that in a year or two they can move to a good start up for good work.

1. Exaggerating JD : There are people in the company who create an exceptional JD so that tier 1 b school guys get attracted, if you have seen ABP JD, you will see P&L management, handling complete city operations etc. In reality, only 2 people get to do this work. That too they are not supposed to use their brains, they just have to do whatever founders say without asking a question 2. ASMs are given a bait of moving to metropolitan, dont fall for it. It is better to do good work in remote locations than doing stupid work in Metros. 3. MBAs dont enjoy the work, coz there is no work good enough to employ an MBA. The work that MBAs get here is take 3-4 interviews of MBAs or Operations Manager, make videos about outlet parameters, watch videos made by your outlet staff(around 200 videos(5min in length)), redo those videos. Thats it nothing else. There is no strategy team which works on how to expand, where to expand, no go to market strategy team, no pricing strategy team, no SCM strategy team. 4. You will be reporting to guys who are intellectually poor, incapable of taking strong decisions. Mostly because, 90% of them never worked for any one except box8. 80% of them are from ISM dhanbad and have the experience of running a college fest and they still are doing the same
