I’ve had the chance to meet the CEO, who was an absolute pleasure, and the COO stands out as someone who truly values employee satisfaction. What I appreciate most is their focus on creating an inclusive environment and their drive to become an employer of choice. While I did take a significant pay cut to join the team, I’m happy to be part of a company that prioritizes its people and fosters a positive workplace culture.

I could give it zero stars I would. This place is a revolving door. The CEO is either all involved or not at all and would disappear for months - only to want to change everything when he was there. Job security and advancement is based on popularity who has the loudest mouth, not on work performance, knowledge, or experience. I have seen hundreds of people, including temps, come and go. This is not a big company to have this much turnover. Many false promises and many people supervising that don't know how to talk to people. Supervisors have a lot of favoritism here. If English is your only language the majority speak different dialects of Spanish here.
