The work environment here is light and supportive, with everyone being kind and always willing to lend a hand when needed. Managers are approachable and genuinely invested in helping us succeed—they’re nurturing and never leave you hanging. There are plenty of benefits, plus free food to enjoy. And the basic pay? It’s fantastic! Work schedule is FIXED. And the workload is not heavy.

Its really work life balance. Fix day shift with weekends day off and we only work 7.5 hours per day.

Minpunten

WFH Set up is always not an option. Even you are working too far from the office and even you are sick.

They really value work-life balance. They will not require you to work after working hours. We are only required to work for 37.5 hours per week.

As a startup company, there's still a lot of processes that are needed to be established. But it is still a good thing because we always have the opportunity to contribute.
