      Pluspunten

      Brampton Recruitment work to a particularly high standard with the ethos of the company at the forefront of everything their team does. This is a major plus point in my opinion and makes them stand out against other agencies. Their relationship building is truly second to none.

      Minpunten

      Can often be a little paperwork heavy but it's easy to see why so isn't a criticism as it's all about diligence.

      The only pro was that it was close to home for commuting.

      Minpunten

      The entire job. Toxic management and workforce. Bullying environment. Poor treatment and humiliation of new starters. Pack mentality with standing employees. No training. Thrown into tasks without proper support, then berated for getting it wrong.
