The only pro was that it was close to home for commuting.

Minpunten

The entire job. Toxic management and workforce. Bullying environment. Poor treatment and humiliation of new starters. Pack mentality with standing employees. No training. Thrown into tasks without proper support, then berated for getting it wrong.

Excellent client list, very well known name in Staffordshire and colleagues were wonderful.

Minpunten

Poor management, very harsh and micromanaged. Treated as replaceable and always picked up on negatives which are extreme and unnecessary.

So sad to hear this negative feedback from someone, mostly when people leave us its been on good terms and we have wished people well as I understand people need different things sometimes which a smaller business cant support with.
