I work in administration and I enjoy what I do. This is a small company that is growing quickly and it’s a great place to be. It’s got an exciting atmosphere that keeps me going throughout the day. When I switched jobs a year ago I wanted to be at a smaller company and am so glad I got this job. I have had other opportunities since being here but didn’t hesitate to turn them down. It can get busy and crazy at time, but what business doesn’t get that way. The services that they provide to smaller businesses is something that I have seen really help these smaller businesses grow and in today economy that is huge. I talk to clients every day and hear how much they appreciate the services that we provide. You don’t get the accolades that we have as a business by sitting on your thumbs. It takes hard work and that is what this company is about.

I see both sides of the sales in this position and I get so frustrated seeing the post from the people that were hired to do and job and get mad when they are let go... YOU WERE HIRED TO DO A JOB AND COULDN'T DO IT! GROW A SET AND GET OUT OF SALES! It's not easy seeing the turn around in sales positions at times but I definitely understand that when a salesman isn't selling you let them go.
