The organization has built a culture that does not consider the employee's mental, physical, and emotional health. The management's actions are in continuous misalignment with the values they presumably promote, which has led to a decrease in team members' morale and an increase in turnover both on the employee level and the leadership team. When team members attempt to address situations directly, they are met with hostility and a deep layer of resistance. Most constructive feedbacks are ignored by leadership or lack thereof.
